While Johnny Neill usually drew inspiration from his family’s travels to distant lands, Rhubarb & Ginger Gin’s inspiration came much closer – from his own home garden in England. After the war, the Neill family cultivated a rich garden in Daresbury, England, where enchanting aromas, enormous species richness and colorfulness met. The whole family drew ideas from the garden – both for the dinner table and for creating experimental gins. Johnny Neill’s rhubarb and ginger gin bring to life nostalgic memories by adding a little spice to them with ginger.
The English gin, which is soft in taste, is an ideal combination with the warm spiciness of ginger and the sweetness of rhubarb.
